  • Assisting seller to create Section 27 Statement, which allows the vendor to request access to deposit funds paid by the purchaser prior to settlement.
  • Providing assistance for GST Withholding Tax requirements (Govt. legislated).
  • Providing assistance to clients to complete CGT (Capital Gains Tax) clearance certificate if the sale is over $750K and the vendor is Australian Non-Foreign residents/Company Trust.
  • Providing assistance with Foreign Resident Capital Gains Withholding Tax requirements (Govt. legislated).
