Next step in the process is that you must sign various legal documents, and this is where our services come in picture as a conveyancer. We strongly recommend that you DO NOT sign any legal document until and unless you have had opportunity of going through the documents before making any sort of commitments.

- Receiving legal instructions from you as a buyer.
- Liaising with your Lending institution / Broker.
- Liaising with the selling agent and vendor’s legal representative.
- Monitoring and liaising the progress of your deposit payment, special conditions (e.g., Loan approval, Building and/or Pest inspection).
- Complete searches with the relevant Government departments and authorities.
Perusal of signed Contract of Sale and Section 32 Vendor’s statement.
- Attending to compliance with the State Revenue Office (SRO) Duties Online requirements.
- Creating the new transaction and completing compliance requirement on your behalf on PEXA (Electronic Conveyancing Platform) in readiness for settlement.
- Inviting your bank/financial institution in PEXA and liaising with them in readiness for settlement.
- Requesting funds in our company trust account to complete the Purchase, if required.
- Providing the detailed Settlement Report and Statement of all disbursements (money paid and received) in this transaction.
- Advising relevant Council, Water and Body Corporate (if applicable), authorities of the new purchaser details for future communications.
